Your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Uncompromising attention to detail
- Compelling aesthetic sensibilities and solid understanding of layout, typography and design principles
- Establish directions and design solutions; ensure implementation of directions from concept through production
- Ensure all correspondence, materials, presentations, proposals, etc. seen by prospective and existing clients are error-free, of highest quality and always relevant to the client or agency ask
- Design across a variety of project types including digital/traditional/trans-media advertising, and interactive design with an emphasis on branding and identity design
- Adapt to changes in format, media and advertising strategies
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Understand and effectively communicate/implement creative concepts, the client’s creative and business philosophy
- Build and maintain relationships with the account team and production teams
- Present to and communicate effectively with internal teams
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Partners effectively with all departments to ensure delivery of on-time, high-quality deliverables that address all relevant client and agency requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience and a degree in graphic design or a related field. Must have thorough understanding of, and be well versed in technical and production skills including Adobe Suite.
- Advanced skills in Adobe CS: Photoshop, InDesign as well as Illustrator
- Deep understanding of typography and layout
- Solid understanding of design principles and keen attention to detail — this means you get this stuff and have the goods to back it up
- Ability to learn and take direction from the leadership team
- Thorough understanding of technical and production skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Enthusiastic and passionate attitude
