Ideal candidate is passionate about design, typography, and dabbles in web (or at least have an understanding of code, SEO and the Internets – yes, I just wrote that!). Although not necessary, some Photography experience would be beneficial.

You are expected to be highly motivated to work independently and with the team. Project management experience is essential. You have to ability to manage and prioritize projects for yourself, and guide the team to do the same. More importantly, you are constantly aware and sensitive to project budgets and (client) expectations. You also have an unwavering atttention to deadlines and detail. Did you notice the extra ‘t’?

Excellent communication skills means you are used to talking and presenting to clients and discussing project specifics with vendors.

We have a varying client base which allows you to work on some big name clients and small oddball projects.

A little more about us…We’re a small boutique design firm that has been around for 10 years. Our projects are predominantly print based, but we have our fingers in website, social media campaigns, photography and video. We’re situated in the West end, which means you don’t have a crazy downtown commute. Our designers don’t have big names, but can we can use big words and we can sometimes be oddballs.
