We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team.  You will be responsible for a variety of customer and in-house designs, including  signage, posters, promotional items and packaging.

Accountabilities:

·         Develop and produce creative for the Sales and Marketing Department, Retail,  and in-house brewery needs, including marketing programs, banners, posters and internal signage

·         Execute detailed presentations for the sales and marketing purposes

·         Ensure integrity of all creative is maintained according to brand standards

·         Confident and adept at presenting and articulating designs to various internal stakeholders

·         Create original artwork for on-line promotions with Web-based projects as required

·         Project manage each creative request, paying close attention to details, managing time-lines and working independently

·         Participate in strategizing and brainstorming in collaboration with creative and marketing teams

·         Develop and maintain rapport with creative suppliers

·         Work proficiently in a Mac environment using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

Experience and Qualifications:

Ø  College or University degree in Graphic Design

Ø  4-6 years’ experience working in graphic design

Ø  Strong and confident in entire Adobe Creative Suite (Mac Platform) as well as Office-PowerPoint; Acrobat Pro would be desirable

Ø  Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, ability to work independently, use own initiative and meeting deadlines

Ø  Confidence with providing and receiving feedback is essential

Ø  Some Web design experience ( HTML5, CSS, PHP) would be useful
