Description

Think Research is changing the way healthcare is delivered – no, really! – and not in the Buckley’s “tastes awful but it works” kind of way. We’re building software to give clinicians the information they need to treat patients better and faster. We’re growing fast (300+ hospitals!), and we need all hands on deck.
Hungry to make a change that will affect millions? Well grab a quick snack; you’ll need the energy to keep up.
Why Us?
- Be part of something special. It’s not every day that you get to change the way your friends and family are cared for
- Our company culture is one of the things we’re most proud of. Our very friendly, talented and energetic team makes coming into work feel like we’re conquering more than just milestones in our healthcare system, but building strong friendships at the same time.
- Unbeatable downtown location right across the street from Union Station (and 30 seconds away from 17 different Starbucks locations! (give or take a few)
- Our energy is like no other, and it’s likely fueled by all the candy. Seriously, our daily dilemmas usually revolve around whether we want Smarties or gummy bears as a mid-morning, mid-afternoon, or just all day long kind of snack.
- Continuous mentorship and guidance from senior and C-level staff members
The kind of work you’ll be doing:
- Execute the continued development and maintenance of our corporate websites
- Implement SEO strategies on websites
- Design, develop and optimize landing pages for lead conversion
- Support Marketing and cross-functional team members by designing amazing-looking visual assets and marketing collateral to be used in digital channels and for print
- Perform website usability testing, suggestions and changes
- Coordinate with vendors to develop printed collateral
- Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multidisciplinary teams
Ideal Qualifications
- 2-4 years of related experience designing, developing and managing corporate websites and designing professional-looking assets
- A degree in a related field (graphic design, web design/development, communications, etc.)
- Strong understanding of design principles and methodologies for digital and print (you have a portfolio of work to show us)
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, etc.)
- Proficient in HTML/CSS and WordPress
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Strong organizational and time management skills to take projects from beginning-to-end
- Working knowledge of electromagnetic field theory
