F/T – PAID INTERNSHIP           

 

Position Summary:

 

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing and takes direction from the marketing and senior management team. Collaborate with marketing team and various departments to develop and execute promotional material and collateral for Elmwood Spa, elmspa and Bangkok Garden.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Design and execute various promotional materials, advertisements and collateral across print, digital and social platforms. 

• Roll out monthly promotional materials on time and aligned with branding; materials to include: leaflets, coupons, postcards, signage, posters, digital signage, e-newsletters and web ads and internal marketing communications.

• Assist with copy writing for promotions and advertisements

• Manage updates to company websites using WordPress.

• Design various email communications including monthly e-newsletters using Constant Contact

 

• Provide marketing team support as required/assigned. This may include aspects of print production, accounting, inventory management, social media and research.

 

• Assist with other duties as reasonably assigned from time to time

   

  Qualifications/Education:

 

• Must be enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Graphic Design program

• Experience working on a PC

• Experience with Social Media platforms,  Constant Contact,  WordPress, HTML and CSS an asset

• Proficient in full Adobe Creative Suite software

• Knowledge of print/production including pre-press preparation: trim size, bleed, dielines, preflight, etc
