So… We are looking for a junior designer to join our team, however we want to test your mettle first!

We are a small but fun studio in Mississauga, we work with a variety of clients from large to small and do all sorts of design work from Banding to Packaging,  Advertising to Video.

The designer we are looking for has to be a self starter who wants to work on projects, not a thumb twiddler who is happy to scan their phone every now and again until the day ends. You will have the freedom to work on projects and take creative decisions… cos we are like that… But also can rely on the support and advice of the team.

If you feel you can rise to the challenge then here are a few things we like to see:

• You know how to use the software (Adobe CS6), and not just photoshop…
• You enjoy print design, understand type and grids and will read the material
• You wont be intimidated when offered advice or help (but it will ignite the fire in your belly to do better)
• You know that a die-line has nothing to do with colourful T-shirts
• You have a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, and while we love you ad guys and marketing guys, we really want a designer!!
• You can explain yourself clearly and professionally (both written and verbal) and will not limit yourself to 140 characters or less.
