Intent is looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic project coordinator to join us at our growing Toronto office at the Centre for Social Innovation. Intent is a design communications agency that only works with organizations that contribute to social good. Our clients are hospitals, public health groups, universities, charities, government agencies, international development groups, child and youth agencies, and much more.

What you’ll do

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Be responsible for project coordination and meeting the day-to-day needs of our clients
• Create project schedules, and work with our clients and designers to keep our projects on track
• Quality assurance and proofreading of all work before distribution to our clients
• Assign resources in collaboration with our creative director, to efficiently service our clients
• Work with third party vendors in collaboration with designers to execute the production of our projects
• Consistently follow our proprietary methodology and use project processes
• Develop strong internal relationships with our team
• Prepare project plans and briefs
• Coordinate creative, production and client requests; providing feedback for revisions as needed.
• Develop and grow strong client relationships
• Be an advocate for our clients to our design team, and vice versa
• Offer administrative support to company management as required

 

About You

Our new project coordinator will be:

• Incredibly detail oriented, you love the details; schedules, specifications, proof-reading, etc.;
• Have experience working in a client service based business, preferably a design or creative agency;
• Enthusiastic and energetic. We are a small and growing team, it is fast paced and fun at Intent;
• Willing to work with our proven and successful process;
• Excited to work directly with clients on projects, by email, over the phone, and in person;
• Positive outlook with a strong sense of responsibility for your work;
• Ambitious, you want to grow with our company;
• Resilient and able to work on multiple projects for multiple clients at the same time.
